At Sock Bandits LLC, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping options, processing times, tracking, and how we handle delivery issues.
1) Shipping Rates & Options
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, destination, and selected shipping method.
We currently offer the following shipping speeds (transit time estimates):
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, peak shipping periods, and other factors outside our control can affect delivery times.
2) Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation.
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Custom Orders
Custom orders require additional time for production before shipping:
Production time: 5–7 business days (before shipping)
Shipping transit time is then based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Custom order alignment with Refund Policy: Custom or personalized products may be non-returnable and non-refundable, as described in our Refund Policy.

3) Where We Ship
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4) Carriers
We ship using major carriers, such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
5) Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
If you don’t see a tracking email, check your spam/junk folder and then contact us at support@sockbandits.com.
6) Shipping Delays
While we work hard to meet estimated delivery windows, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control (weather, carrier disruptions, etc.).

7) Lost Packages and “Delivered but Not Received”
If your package appears lost, tracking stops updating, or it shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us and we’ll help.
To allow us to investigate and (when applicable) file carrier claims, please notify us within these timeframes:
Delivered but not received: Contact us within 7 days of the carrier marking the package as “Delivered.”
Lost in transit / no tracking updates: Contact us within 14 days of the last tracking update.
Past expected delivery date: Contact us within 10 days after the latest estimated delivery date for your selected shipping method.
When you contact us, we may request:
Your order number
Confirmation of the shipping name and address
Any relevant tracking details (screenshots are helpful)
8) Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate and make it right.
To help us resolve this quickly, please include:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of the packaging (including the shipping label if visible)
9) Returned-to-Sender, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout,
being refused by the recipient, or
being unclaimed (for example, not picked up from a carrier hold location),
then:
We will refund the item total only, minus the original shipping cost (and any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier, if applicable).
If you want the order reshipped, you will be responsible for a new shipping charge.
10) Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details during checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
